Dear valued parents of Jurong Centre,

Welcome to the month of August! We thank you for your patience while our teachers used extra time and effort to gather the photographs and load up the information on the blog page.

In August, the Nursery to K2 classes had different field trips such as the Botanical gardens (K2), Pizza hut Restaurant visit (K1), Supermarket visit (K1) and Zoo visit (N). Teachers had to do lots of planning and preparations before and after a field trip. This is to ensure that children gained prior knowledge about the subject before the field trip as well as a fruitful learning when they are back with the various post learning activities. I am confident that your child would have already talked to you about their wonderful experiences back home.
We also would like to thank you for the lovely gifts and cakes on Teachers’ Day. There were many touching moments for me and the teachers that day. Eg. when a child gave us his handwritten card, a flower etc. Thank you for appreciating and encouraging us and rest assured that we will continue to give our best for the children.
